I have the base Morrowind disc and that unlocks the DLC which is totally rad! So I was hoping for a similar situation with Oblivion would be great if Skyrim worked the same way but it makes sense that they want us to buy the special edition. Oblivion doesnt have Shivering isles so no. Haven't played FO3 or NV but neither have "GOTY" or "Ultimate Edition" on their pictures so im betting no . From what I have seen from PSNow before, a game will not have dlc unless it is in a definitive/GOTY edition. Yep played Arkham City on PSnow. No Catwoman at all. I wouldn't risk it.

Because as far as I know, Steam version is "Game of the year Edition". Not the original one. Game of the year edition just means the DLC is Included, the unofficial patches are just that, unofficial, so no they are not part of the official version of the game on Steam or anywhere else in any capacity.
If you like Oblivion and want to keep playing, you would be better off buying GOTY disk and owning the game outright. GamePass will never include DLCs as this is how they make extra money on the games they include in the membership. FO3 goty includes all DLC's, why try & buy something you already paid for? just make sure your DLC's are checkmarked by selecting 'data' from the FO3 launcher. As I said, because Steam showed the DLC's as NOT owned. There's 2 versions of Fallout 3 on Steam, Goty and standard. The DLC you're trying to buy are for the standard version.
